Go to your profile
Underneath the box where a picture would go, click "edit page"
page down until you see "default picture" -- click the "edit" underneath that
Follow the prompts. If the picture is too large (more than 5Mb) it will not load
These are instructions for the main site -- if you are on a mobile, I do not know the procedures
Currently you can't add your photo via the iPhone App. You'll need to log into your account on the main site - then follow coach_k's instructions.

any idea why my profile picture on the iphone app is different than the picture i have when I login online?
