Apologies if this has been addressed previously - I did a search but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.
I like to use the analysis page to see how my nutrition is going and what gaps I might need to fill each day, especially for carbs and proteins. This works great on days when I do not exercise. When I add exercise to my day however, the analysis still shows that I need the same amount of carbs, protein, and fats as usual, even though I should be consuming more calories so as not to deficit too much. If I eat my base + exercise calories on workout days, I end up way over on carbs and protein. Call me nitpicky, but I want those bars to be green!
Is it possible to have the analysis update to reflect total calories for that day - 500 (or whatever you set as deficit)? Does this already happen and I just need to change a setting somewhere? I don't want to adjust my activity level because that would throw off days when I don't exercise. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
