Calorie Count
Calorie Count

I used Calorie Count very successfully nearly five years ago. Unfortunately, I wasn't nearly so successful later on by myself and I've regained nearly all the weight I lost. My DH has just been diagnosed diabetic and we are BOTH going to follow the low-carb diet. So I need to start logging again. Is there any way to start over? The five years of old records make it impossible to properly see any fresh progress. Log in today and all it's going to say is that I've gained 20 pounds since I last posted rather than reflecting the fact that I've actually lost 10.

Try changing your start date in your account settings. Not sure if it will work, but it might.

Yes - changing your start date in your account settings will give you a clean slate.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
