water in grams??

I like logging how much water I drink, to ensure I drink enough especially on training days, but weight to volume conversion is a bit cumbersome.

Couldn't water be easier logged as millilitres and litres?

1mL of water weighs 1g.  easy peasy.

excellent - no need to resort to US fluid ounces concersion charts then. 

Yup, density of water is 1g/mL!
