accurate Heart rate monitor
so basically a few months ago i bough a pulsar heart rate monitor which comes with the part you strap on your chest and the watch to monitor whats going on.
After a while it became extremely annoying having to strap on the chest belt every time i worked out, so what im looking for is something that gives accurate calories burned and heart rate but i dont want the hassle of having to spend 15 mins putting the thing on every day.
My Treadmill is definatly not accurate with calories burnt, it tells me ive burned 100 calories after 1 hour of working out running
Sorry, but this is kind of funny - you must be male because it shouldn't take 15 min to put on a bra and basically the HRM straps are no different than a bra strap.
If a HRM doesn't have a way to constantly monitor your heart rate you will not get an accurate estimate of calories burned.
Seriously?? 15 minutes???
There are HRMs that don't use a strap, but they don't continuously monitor HR, which is necessary for accurate calorie burn measurement.
If all you're looking for is calories, check out cc's calculator. Also, running burns about 0.75*weight (lb) kcal/mile; if you weigh 133 lb, you'll burn about 100 kcal/mile regardless of pace. (link)
There are several different makes of HRMs. If the one you are currently using is not working for you, perhaps a different make/brand will do?
I use a Polar with my elliptical and a Garmin with my bicycle-computer. Both are equally as accurate, as far as I can tell.
Both have fasteners that allow me to put on the strap similar to a waist-belt or bra (ie not having to wiggle in to it as though it was a tank top).
Some are more comfortable than others. The Garmin is much more comfortable than the Polar.

I honestly forget I'm even wearing the HRM until I get home and change clothes then it's like oh yea. And as far as putting it on- again it hooks and spins and bam it's done
If your main exercise is on the treadmill that you mention? If the treadmill is leveled properly, and has an accurate belt speed, you can use online calculators to get the calories burned at different speeds/inclines. Doing that is likely to be more accurate than what you get by using all but the highest end heart rate monitors. Treadmill running and walking has been extensively studied in laboratories for a really long time.
On the other hand, if you need calorie burns for things like hiking, playing sports, elliptical, or other unstandardized machines, you need another method. If you really don't like the strap, consider a BodyBugg type gizmo.
