Does anyone know how much aerobic exercise I need in order to lose substantial weight? It seems to me that if I dance to my maximum for 15 minutes every day I will lose more weight than if i do weight training and floor exercises for 1 hour.
What are your goals, what do you weight now, what is substantial weight in your mind,
Really 0 you can not out run a bad diet so the best way to change weight is diet.
Then also 0 restitance training
Or tons if you want to be a marathoner
It depends on what your goals are, where you start where you want to end up and how long you expect that to take
