Does anybody know how many calories you burn on a stationary bike?
I just need an aproximate guess if you were just going leisurely for an hour.
The CC estimate isn't helping me.
Thank you~

Since spinning is one of my primary forms of exercising, I have checked many Net calulators, plus I have checked my Airdyne Evolution's read out, and I have checked my Polar read-out. There has been a wide range of guestimations from all those sources.
The important thing is to know your weight. A 240 pound person is burning more calories than a 115 pound person, if both are spinning at the same rate.
Ok, to take a guestimated average from several calculators, I record that I burn 360 calories for 1 hour spinning. I weigh 170-174 pounds. And I spin "moderately."
However, most calculators give me more credit for calories burned than that.
I would guestimate 400 calories per hour for you; but that is, indeed, a guestimation.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
