I was hoping maybe someone could give me some perspective on this.
I'm only 4'10", about 105 lbs. But I feel like my measurements are so huge for someone as short as me.
I wear a 34" bra, but actually my ribcage measures something like 30".
My waist at it's smallest has been 26 or 27" (and keep in mind it's unlikely to ever get smaller, it's just that the space between my ribs and hips has zero space to taper).
My hips at their smallest were 33".
So overall, is this normal for a woman of average height, and big for someone my sized?
Your BMI is fine, why are you trying to lose weight you're at a normal weight, about perfect for your height.
Your waist-hip ratio is 0.79 (27w,33h) is low risk.
Bra, etc I can't help with lol.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
