I use to be a Large D (Almost DD), I have slimed down since then and I'm left with C's.
And I am still top heavy, I have to wear two Sport's bra's when working out.
Is there any way I can tighten and decrease My chest by Exercising? And if so, What Exercise's are best?
my friend always wanted to have a boy shaped body ( dont ask me why )
the way she made her breast smaller is by clapping to behind about 200 times or more a day , its not difficult , and now my friend looks like a boy .

I wish mine stayed! I think with more weight loss they will start to go or you could look into weight training exercises for the chest.
Wow, I wish I had that sort of problem. I unfortunately can't keep my boobs from being the first ones to go! I always look for that TOM to get the extra plumpness from water retention from all the hormones, but it all goes away after I continue my exercise regime. I do know that when I incorporate more upper body resistance weights and workouts, I tend to have a better chance of giving my chest the appearance of plumpness because of the building of the muscle behind the fat ( the pectoralis major/minors). This only helps a wee bit and it depends on genetics and body composition. Some women have tiny tiny little bodies, and big gazoonkas! But others may have a plumper curvacious body and ity bitty titties. It all depends on family genetics I believe and they really isn't a way to completely change it, unless you opt for the knife!
You want no boobs? Simple reduce your calorie intake. Since breasts are made mostly of fat they will be the first to go. My daily cal are approx 1,700 if you stick to that for over 4 months <depending on your current weight> your breasts will be gone.

I was a DD before I started losing weight and I am STILL a DD. My back has slimmed down quite a bit around, but my cup size is still the same. I think I am a rare breed though lol everyone else I talk to lose the boobs first... I consider myself lucky, I like my boobs:) I opened this thread to see if there were exercises to slim them down, so I could make sure not to do those LOL Now, my booty that needs to please go away!
I'm the same rare breed, I guess. I was a C before I started gaining weight, went up to a DD. I've lost 55 pounds over the past two years, on an average of about 1500-1600 cals a day. My band size droped two sizes, but I'm still a DD. I hope that as I get back to my desired weight, they go back to C. It's going to look ridiculous if they don't.
If you do find a way, I'm interested.
When I lost inches (actually I gained in lbs) I went down a band size and up a cup size. I just bought new bras. :(
