It's your diet. We all hold our fat in different areas. I have a friend that is super fit cardio-wise, super fit looking except for a pot belly. Her diet is horrible. She doesn't eat enough. She doesn't it unril later in the day. Her body is messed up because of her poor diet and is holding onto whatever fat she has. Strength training is the BEST fat burner and muscle builder! BUT..I've seen plenty of overweight people that I know are very strong and muscular; you just would not be able to tell b/c the fat is over the muscle.
Reevaluate this to make absolutely certain. One can eat the right things, but fail to eat the right amount. Quite easily, in fact.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
