lozzle - I can' not imagine what you go thru - especially with the young men- I mean you got to wonder sometimes if they are really interested in you as a human being or as a sex object. Its got to be hard for a young person.
I did lose my weight first in the breast area - but everyone is different and some people are gonna lose some some won't.
Many women, however, lack the desire or strength to train their chest. In addition, all the muscles of the chest aren't visible to women, so they often forget about training them.
The chest is primarily comprised of the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor (also known as "pecs"). The pectoralis major is comprised of two heads - the clavicular (upper) and the sternal - with the latter comprising most of the pectoralis muscle group. The pectoralis minor is located on the outside of the chest. These fan-shaped muscles are responsible for moving the upper arm towards and across the chest and also allow for forward movement away from the body.
While only two primary muscles make up this body part, it's one of the largest in the body and requires a well-rounded training program to develop full, strong, chest muscles.
Google ' pec workouts for women.'
You don't have to continue doing them until you look like a body builder, but you could save yourself a surgery this route. By doing what it takes to make them firmer/ stable. It's very good for women that just had babies or simply have large breast.
Good luck. ( I think working for making your breast firmer/ your upper body stronger is a better long term plan. Rather than taping down your breast like an asian women. Or binding your feet. Come on, women. )
I'm used to it now. To the point where I'm just walking around completely oblivious to how people look at my breasts. My boyfriend notices it, but I never see it. Only when they're infront of me and making it REALLY obvious. Maybe I need to pay more attention, but I feel uncomfortable when I do see it so... err.. I don't know. I'd rather ignore it.
I think the reason guys never really come up to me nayway is that I have a stern look on my face. Sort of scares them off before I can ask them to stop gawking at me.
The stern bitchy face didn't work on my boyfriend though - I think he just asked if he could look through my mp3 player. haha. Weirdo. :P
As for the cream, I use moisturiser. The stretch marks came AGES ago, they're silvery now and I don't think cream would help marks from 4 years ago when they balloned overnight.
As for reduction... NO. I've read so many times that the boobies come back. I don't like the idea of having really badly scared breasts - if they're big, they stay big. Maybe they'll go down one day. Might reach target weight and I am on birth control (mind you, it hasn't made them much bigger, lol, and I think large breats is probably better than young, teenage pregnancy!).
Well...I'm not all too sure about to help you..but I've got a slight problem of my own...
See, I'm 140lbs, 5'8'', and size 34DD(possiblyD) breasts. I'm not overweight, in fact, over the past 8 months, I've lost 30+ pounds. Now I'm of an average, healthy weight, but I didn't lose anything on my breasts. In fact, they seem to have gotten a little bigger!! And I'm just wondering if there's anyway that I can make them a bit more perky?
I have to disagree with you and the lotions and creams. Stretch marks have more to do with genetics then anything. Ask your mom, if she got them chances are you will too. I could have bathed in lotion and I still would have gotten all my stretch marks. If you need to find LA just look at my stomach, breasts, legs, and waist. During my 2nd pregnancy (twins) my stretch marks got stretch marks, going from a 30" waist to over 50" waist in 12 weeks will do that. Now 4 and a half years later most of them have faded but they will never go away. I just refer to them as my battle scars and wear them with pride, what we as mothers do for our kids.
My boobs used to be these cute perky B cups, then they turned into DD cups. They are back to B cups and not as cute and perky anymore. I have found that the butterfly's and bench press has helped define the muscles behind the boobs. But I fear they will never be cute and perky again.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
