Cardio/Core Workout?

Quote  |  Reply
I'm looking to find a workout routine that focuses on the core area and delivers results in the core area. Can anyone recommend anything?

Definitely this.

Yep agree any good full body lifting routine is ideal.

My personal favorite lifting program that I've done ( and I've done a lot) was New Rules of Lifting for Abs!  I got strong and I got abs and a nice butt, legs, arms, shoulders, back and any thing I missed.

Most definitely CrossFit. Been doing it for a few months and it is awesome -- very rigorous, but you get results. Martial arts and kickboxing is pretty effective as well.

What kind of workout are you looking for? I know that rev abs by beachbody ( makers of insanity, p90x) focuses on strengthening your core. I haven't gotten a chance to personally try it but my boyfriend saw really great results.  Definitely depends on what kind of workouts you're into but might be worth checking out!
