Few times a year I have to golf with customers. Friday was the first game this year. After every game my inside elbow always hurts for about a month and it is really bad today.
My concern is about 6 months ago I raised my daily calories and really kicked it up in the gym, I have been pushing like never before and seeing great results.
I know when I hit the gym floor tommorow I won't be able to do half of what I normaly do just by the way it feels right now, I am worried I will lose all the progress I have made...
I am iceing it, and hoping for the best...

I would see a physical therapist about your elbow.
