I just started Week 2 today and I feel great. I've started drinking a lot more water and have been eating a lot better, granted, I don't really follow the meals in the provided guide. I do, however, make sure I get a lot of protein.. found out the hard way the first few days that I'm HURTIN' if I don't. I've also heard about how it can be hard on the back so I've been verryy careful.. my back is currently my best feature, the tone and everything is great, I'd hate to ruin it haha.
Just curious if anyone else here is currently doing it, what week you're on, how much weight/inches you've lost, etc. I did take a before picture, but I forgot to weigh myself! I assumed to have been back at 130, judging by how I felt and looked, that's typically where I hover.. and now I'm down to about 126 (but may have started lighter than I think..). Haven't measured anything yet, but I seem to be watching my stomach shrink by the day.. I'm excited!
Awesome, so we're on the same schedule! I hope I'm not eating too few.. the guide recommended, after I did the math, 1900 calories/day.. that realllyy seemed way too high to me so I'm sticking with 1500 now.
