I stopped calorie counting with the tool, mostly because logging everything was starting to bug me during a nice long plateau. My weight loss seems to have a hold and drop style to it so I've been stuck at 198 almost the whole month and in the course of this week 5lbs dropped off like nothing leaving me at 193 this morning (a little joy on it's own ). I do still count the things I don't eat often, just to know for the next time, but I've been decent at estimating.

*drumroll*
555lbs! Not at all bad for a chick! ;)
Thanks for reading guys. *dances off happily with a protein shake*
Way to go!!!!!!!!!
That is some serious iron! Congratulations!
Thanks guys. I feel like it's a great barrier to have overcome (2 plates on each side). I can't wait to be in a more populated gym this summer and start changing minds and showing up the frat boys. XP Is that too shallow?

WOW!! And I was proud of my 130lb squats Monday - hahahaha!!
You might want to look into olympic weight lifting - it's fairly technical, but OMG fun to throw weights around like that :)
