Exercises for smaller calves/thighs?

I know it's rediculous to think you can change your body shape, but I'm still curious to know if it's possible to 'shrink' bulky muscles?

I've always had muscular legs/calves, but to me they look down right mannish and unnattractive, and yet I still work out my legs a lot (some times unintentionally, I don't know how to do cardio that DOESN'T involve my legs, hahaha) and they're STILL bulky! I want long, lean looking legs and to me it seems down right impossible.

Does anyone have any suggesttions for shrinking supersized calf/thigh muscles?
