I love food surveys, but you're right, they make me hungry.

Favorite time to workout:  First thing in the morning.  I get up at 4:30 (yes, an early bird) so I can get my workout in and no matter what else happens during the day, I've got it done.  I eat a little something and then have at.

Favorite place to workout:  My garage - we're fortunate enough to have a good weights setup in there, and that sure was fun when we moved over the summer.

Favorite workout shirt and Favorite workout shorts/pants: I actually do have a "lucky" workout outfit.  It's a gray underarmour shirt a size too big for me, a black pair of underarmour workout pants, also a size too big but remember this is my lucky outfit.  A gray sports bra, the correct size.  Some thorlo running socks - yeah even though I'm not running any more, I just like these socks - they're lucky!

Favorite song to listen to while working out:  Well, it could be anything depending on my mood.  The one I like best from the most recent workout was the Renegades of Funk - RATM

Most used form of cardio:  I like me some HIIT on the elliptical

Weights exercise you like best: Squats.  Lunges.  Deadlifts.  Whichever one of these I'm doing at the moment.

Favorite postworkout snack:  When I was still going to the gym before we moved - that was one of those big 24 hour jobs that had had a shake bar - they would make the most awesomely good protein shake.  My own shakes are only so so in my opinion.

How do you get to your place of working out?:  I drudge through the snow, sleet and hail, uphill both ways.  Er, I mean walk into the garage.

Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: Yes.  I love working out.  Who'd a thunk it three years ago?

Favorite thing to do to pass the time during cardio:  Breathing

How many times a week do you exercise:  I do something every day, mostly, although weekends are reserved for stuff like hikes/long walks and fun stuff.  Weights (my favorite) are 3 times a week. 

What gets you most motivated to workout?:  I feel strong and healthy.  It's awesomely good mood control, endorphins and all. 

Workout alone, or with a partner/s:  Alone

Participate in any fitness classes?: No

Favorite time to workout: In the evening after work.  I have a strange energy burst around 8pm usually. 

Favorite place to workout: My sister's apt, they have a small fitness center that is usually totally empty.

Favorite workout shirt: It's too big now:/ So, I have a new favorite one that I bought for $4 at Target...fits like a glove.

Favorite song to listen to while working out: Oooh, tough one.  There are so many.  As long as it has a good beat, I'll listen to it.

Most used form of cardio: Running.  And the Cardio Max dvd from TBL.

Weights exercise you like best:  Just getting into weights.  I want some arm muscles so I like bicep curls and any that work my triceps.

Favorite postworkout snack: Fruit, larabar, or muscle milk.

How do you get to your place of working out?: I get up off the couch, move the coffee table and start my engine...

Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: Yes, I think I have now formed a healthy addiction.

Favorite thing to do to pass the time during cardio: Listen to music or make up stories/daydreams in my head.  Occasionally talk to myself...

How many times a week do you exercise: A lil' something everyday.  But, I try to do weights 3x's a week.

What gets you most motivated to workout?: As mentioned above, my energy burst.  I just can't stand sitting around sometimes.

Workout alone, or with a partner/s: I always workout alone because no one in my family wants to work out and, since I relocated for work, I have no friends. :(

Participate in any fitness classes?: Maybe I should and then I could get a friend..hahaha.

Most used form of cardio: HIIT - I recently started doing Plyometrtic box jumps and this is an ass kicker. I also like doing other body-weight exercises like burpees, sprinting in place, etc..

Weights exercise you like best: Bench Press, Deadlift, and Squat

How do you get to your place of working out?: I work there. I usually work out after my shift ends.

Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy? - Yes. I enjoy working out regardless.

Favorite thing to do to pass the time during cardio: HIIT usually makes the time pass quickly. However, if I am doing regular cardio, I bring my portable DVD player and watch a movie while I am on the treadmill.

How many times a week do you exercise: 4-5 times per week.

What gets you most motivated to workout?: To feel good and stay healthy

Workout alone, or with a partner/s: Workout by myself. Although having a partner is good for spotting and motivation, it can slow you down because more times than not time is wasted with conversation. I would rather just do my workout and be done with it, and save my socializing for when I am not working out.

Participate in any fitness classes?: Pilates 2x a week. I was quite skeptical about it going in, but it works your core like nobody's business.

Weights exercise you like best: not much experience with weights :S
