Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: no, i do it to look good when I take my clothes off. if I didn't have to I'd rather do something productive with those extra 2 hours a day

How many times a week do you exercise: 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day if I go for a run on the beach during the day then go lift weights in the evening.
What gets you most motivated to workout?: seeing results, having a goal physique in mind and not being there yet

Favorite time to workout: Sometimes I love working out at 4 am because when I leave the gym I just think about all the people who have yet to even get up! But typically I get up and go to the gym every day at around 8:15 am

Most used form of cardio: Elliptical Trainer (I am so known for using the elliptical - and the same one every day at the gym for that matter - that a sign is now on the machine stating that it's mine!)
Weights exercise you like best: Really anything my trainer tells me to do so I get sore!

Favorite time to workout: mornings, preferably around 5:30-6:00, but my work schedualing has been ridiculous this last month, and has totally screwed up my sleeping pattern... i'm lucky to be up by 8:00 now, let alone ready to go to the gym!
Favorite place to workout: my quaint little gym, which is rarely busy.. no waiting for eqiptment EVER!

Weights exercise you like best: weighted incline crunches, jump squats.. and lunges (absolutely HATE doing them, but I love the soreness the next day!)
Favorite postworkout snack: whey protein shake, mixed with water only... I don't like thick protein shakes after a workout = sickening
How do you get to your place of working out?: drive... in the summer I can walk, since it's just up the road, but it's been like -27 for the last week or so boooo
Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: that's why I do it now!! I don't have to, but it makes me feel good

Favorite time to workout:Right after work. Walk in the door, get gear on and start or I will procrastinate and then not do it.
Favorite place to workout: My spare room. Weights, weight, bench, treadmill, etc.

Favorite song to listen to while working out: No music. I usually have the TV on, but on game show, or the Health channel which is usually one of those ER-True story type things. It's something to watch during rests, but I don't worry about losing track of a "plot".
Most used form of cardio: Wii "My Fitness Coach". It's like having a DVD that changes every time you watch. Plus it kicks my ****.
Weights exercise you like best: Right now love/hate relationship with Bulgarian split-squats with overhead press.
Favorite postworkout snack: Whey protein shake made with light chocolate soy milk.
How do you get to your place of working out?: Walk, it's long trudge through the living room and down the hall.
Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: Hmmm, I'm not sure, probably not as often. Certainly not the cardio. I might stick with the weights, but I probably never would have started if it wasn't for the fitness/health aspect.
Favorite thing to do to pass the time during cardio: If I'm on treadmill, then watch TV, but if doing Wii, then there is really nothing else I can do. Maybe watch the cats outside my window.

What gets you most motivated to workout?: The scales and my cholesterol levels. But it's quite motivating to have my DH ask me to help him with heavy stuff!!!

Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: Yes, but the motivation might be somewhat lacking.
Favorite thing to do to pass the time during cardio: Set small time goals (3 minutes, usually) and then see if I need to slow down or not after each one, let my mind wander, really think about using my core and concentrate on the feelings of the muscles working.
How many times a week do you exercise: I have to go to the barn at least once a week, and try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week (haven't been making it there lately... so much school work!)
What gets you most motivated to workout?: Seeing bones sticking out (yuck!), because it makes me want to build muscle to hide them!

How do you get to your place of working out?: I drive - its too far. Or my going out is the work out.
Would you workout if you didn't have to in order to stay fit/healthy?: I don't have to, actually, I'm naturally lean. But I enjoy it and I feel stronger and better about my body when I see all the things it can do.
