Has anyone used this before? I have started using it for 20 mins to 40 mins every evening . I sweat like a pig and I feel like it's helping but I don't wake up achy or burning muscles or anything.is that because I'm not using it long enough or am I just wasting my time and energy.

Why do you want to wake up achy?

Achy doesn't equal good.
I thought that it meant you were working out right if it hurts.
