My ultimate goal is 5 hours. I usually break it up into 6 days, but this week I did it within the 5 days so now have 2 days off. It feels weird...Lmao.

I'm only going with 5 for the fact that is usually what Jillian Michaels recommends.

I work out about... 15 or more a week, but CERTAINLY not doing cardio alone. I'm a rock climber and I usually go for about 3 hours a night if I'm n ot working (I also work at a Lifetime Fitness rock wall, haha.) So it adds up.

I'm right there with you agruskin! Less than 2 hours on a good week, maybe I'll ride my bike to the grocery store = 30 min tops. If I'm motivated enough I'll do like 30 minutes of yoga once or twice. But that's on weeks I have time or feel particularly energetic. Wow, this thread makes me feel like a lazy bum :\

Question though, where do you guys find the time to work out for so long? What about work and family and friends? ....sleep, eating, etc?

I can definitely answer that in more detail if you really want me to. Just to note, i work with my father, which is why I like to spend SO much time there.

I usually do 30 minutes before work, a 20 to 30 minute walk at lunch, and a small amount of weights after work.  During the weekend I try to walk 90 minutes at the local mall plus do some odd jobs around the house to keep me active.

Its all time management. I usually eat dinner with my family, and I work at the gym so that helps. I get home around 9/930 (10/1030 if I'm having a really good time) and then I go and sit with my family for a while and just chat with them and what not. I try to get to bed at like, 1030, but 11 is more realisitc in general. So I go school -> 210, home and bumming around until 430, help make dinner, eat at like, 5, 5:15, go to work at 5:30, end at 8 or 9, workout & climb, home, etc. Its busy but its not lonely, which is nice.

It depends on what you count as exercise.  I do weights/treadmill 3 times per week and each session is usually 1.5 or 1.75 hours.  So that makes about 5 hours per week.

But then on other days I may play on my wii for an hour or more, and I bowl on leagues twice a week, so that is another 6-8 hours of activity.  A lot more than when I used to sit on my couch most days from the time I got home from work until bedtime.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
