Every now and then I need to change my workout playlist on my Ipod.  I was wondering what everyone else's favorite workout song was for some new ideas.  I love the song "So What" by Pink!

Listening to my iPod while working out is the highlight of my day.

These are the ones that tend  to pick me up:
"Listen to Your Body Tonight" by Black Kids
"Diamonds and Guns" by Transplants
lots of Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs (especially "Pin" and "Mysteries") and System of a Down (the really fast songs, try "Bounce")
"It's Tricky" by Run DMC

What have you done today to make you feel proud?
It's never too late to try
What have you done today to make you feel proud?
You could be so many people
If you make that break for freedom
What have you done today to make you feel proud?

I love to row to techno, drum-and-bass especially.  If you're looking for something unorthodox and fast:

Showdown, Slam, Blood Sugar, Granite, Tarantula- all by Pendulum

One Night In Bangkok (French Mix)- Vinylshakerz

Everytime We Touch- Cascada

It isn't techno, but I love it anyway: I'm Shipping Up to Boston- Dropkick Murphys

Steve Aoki-Pillowface and His Airplane Chronicles

The whole thing

Cobra Starship helps me really enjoy my time on the elliptical! My favorites are Guilty Pleasure and Hot Mess. Also, try Fall out boys I don't Care.

I have 3 playlists on my ipod that I rotate b/t when I am running, but I as well constantly change them up to avoid boredom.  Here are just a few of my favorite 'go to' songs:

Lose Yourself by Eminem

For Toning/Weights:

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
