Hey all. I know the key to weight loss is diet and exercise but I was wondering if I should log every bit of activity I do such as watching tv and sleeping. Those burn calories too. I mean why not? Btw I'm not using the tv as an excuse to burn calories. I run and do jillian michael's daily :)

Why not? Because those things are already included in your "sedentary" burn, and are more likely to be estimates.
Plus, it would be a very tedious way to spend your time. Think how many pushups you could do instead of logging tv watching.
