I have had the flu for 2 days, and not been able to walk my hour a day, plus I have only ate maybe 1500 calories the last 2 days combinded because food does not look good.  How long should I wait untill I start working out again.  I know if I start feeling the way I do will just not work.

simple - when you start to feel better.

you should start eating properly again because that will give you some more energy. starchy carbs are good if you're worried about keeping food down - like bread is good.
are you still feeling sick? cuz brushing your teeth and taking a shower can make you feel better :). always drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. when you feel like exercising again, don't do your usual distance or intensity. start of slowly and shorten the time you workout, then build your body back up to speed.

feel better!
I second that. ^^

thank you for you advice.  I am trying to eat, but food still does not look good.  I was worried I would lose all the ground I gained.  Maybe it is my bodies way of telling me I have been pushing it to much.
after the flu, go easy. Phase your workouts back in. Why? because dehydration can cause muscle cramps, and open up an opportunity for a pull. Work on eating normally again, adding water back to your diet. Start with easy stuff like walking for 20 minutes for the first 3 to 4 days and then begin to exert your self with light cardio.  It's a common sense deal. Simply listen to your body. Cheers
