any advice?
You need to superset chest exercises and the eccentric part of the squat... concentrating on plate pushaways and standing and leaving the table.
1. There is no spot reduction so excercising an area of your body in the hope of losing fat from that area is a myth.
2. Fix your diet. You need to be in a caloric deficit.
3. Exercise in the short-medium term will have neglible (or less) effect on your weight loss. Fix your diet.
4. Around here we usually recommend doing resistance training while in caloric deficit to ensure you lose a greater ratio of fat/muscle than you would without resistance training.
Thanks for the advice!
Also i haven fixed my diet and I've lost 18 pounds in the last month but i haven't seen much fat loss or appearance changes so i was just wondering on how to ensure fat loss.
If you've lost 18lbs, then you have obviously been in caloric deficit.
If you are very fat, then a lot of your immediate weight loss may come from 'water weight' rather than strictly fat and lean mass.
If you lose weight over any real period of time, you will lose fat and lean mass (ie. muscle). If you do resistance training, then you will lose more fat than lean mass.
If you are fat and a newbie, you may actually add some muscle while undertaking resistance training while in a caloric deficit (ie. the 'newbie/novice' effect). Get a good program (see the FAQs but I strongly recommend Starting Strength) and (again) fix your diet.
caloric deficit + proper resistance training program ????? profit

Define this "cardio" I have not done cardio in well over 2 years now and have had the greatest success in fat loss losing inches and some pounds by lifting heavy weights and doing "metabolic" workouts-- short bursts of high intensity work ( burpees, kb swings, jump squats, jump rope, wall balls, barbell complexes, ) do that for 20 - 30 min on non lifting days.
Steady state cardio for fat loss is not always the best thing. If you do intense workouts you really will boost the metabolism, burn through a mess of calories and lose weight/ fat and inches.
By far the biggest factor for man boob removal is cardio. Lose weight, and they will go away eventually. However, building muscle is very good to help in looks for the whole body.
In the meantime, I recommend wearing this clothing item to help:
The biggest factor for man boob removal is to stop smoking weed.
I've read recently that there may be some correlation between the chemicals men are exposed to in plastics and moobs. Beyond that cardio or an intense regimen like tabata which I know has worked for several middle aged men I'm friendly with in business.
Tabata is an extremely intense 20-30 minute cardio/lifting workout. Many swear by it for overall fat loss.
tabata is a 20 sec on 10 sec off for for 8 rounds of doing an exercise you do it all out for the 20 sec then rest for 10 then hit it again. do 4- 5 exercises and you have a fat burning calorie snapping workout
There was a recent study that shows the effects of what your mom ate and was exposed to while breastfeeding that is causing hormonal issues in youngsters today. Girls developing quicker and boys getting developed as well. It is the hormones in the food we eat and crap in the air and water.
If the diet and exercise don't reduce your condition could be you may need surgical intervention.

No. By far the biggest factor in any fat loss in the short to medium term is fixing your diet. See article with all the references cited.
Your choice of exercise has little to no effect in the short to medium term on weight loss. Your choice of exercise will have effect on the ratio of fat loss to fat free mass.
