So I never really have a problem getting my top couple abs to show, but I've never been able to get my lower abs to show. I've got a pic in my profile that shows where I'm at right now...would working lower abs help them pop out more, or is it just a matter of a lower body fat percentage?
It's all in the amount of body fat - I have awesome abs I mean I can feel them, I can see them wanting to be seen, but that layer of fat I still have makes them hidden I do have a pretty good 4 pack though
If you want to improve your body composition, build some muscle. You don't look like you have much body fat, and losing fat probably shouldn't even be considered since you are at the border of underweight.
YEA, after looking at the profile pics that "belly" is just being a female- you got to have some protection of the uterus!
Lift weights, squats, deadlifts, planks, push ups, presses, rows will improve body composition.
Thanks :) And yeah I'm not planning on losing weight (I've actually been gaining weight slowly and lifting), I was just wondering if they're just not showing because I'm not working them enough
