Muscle Gain For Women
I would really love to gain some muscle and strength. I already have a considerable amount because of cycling, volleyball and running, but I wouldn't mind having more and being stronger in addition. Also, more muscle will help lower my bf%. I know they say to lift heavy, but sadly I can't go to a gym, and the only weights at my house are 5lbs. I was thinking maybe body exercises or something (push ups, etc)? Any suggestions?

Planks are great, push ups too...so many great sites out there with various bodyweight exercises. Just Google it and you'll get tons of suggestions. Look up Bodyrock on YouTube. How about lunges and burpees?
If you can join a gym and lift free weights that would be the ideal situation.
If you search the local "freecycle.org" maybe find some free weight being given away. Check craigslist and start building you home gym
Instead of bodyrock I would suggest Zuzana Light's channel. She was the original bodyrocker and her workouts are great.
also try myomytv.com
But to build muscle you need to lift heavy weights, body weight will only get you so far- it is a good start but try to add to your weights at home or gyms!
Good luck
You can use household objects like milk jugs to work your biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
