Need effective workout ideas

Hi there, I'm 19 yo, 5'4 and 143 lbs. I've made the realization I am not happy with my body and am wanting to make a change! I have been changing my diet using a meal-plan my nutritionist has given me which is awesome, but I'm a little stuck on what kind of exercising I should be doing and how much. I'm wanting to get down to 115 overall! Any suggestions? :)

Go on youtube and search getfit4women. These guys give great advice about excercise for women:)

thank you!!

No problem:) they give lots of good advice. Plus they have a video on how to work out at home of you cant get to the gym:p they both have a potty mouth (lol)) but i try to ignore that and take their advice:)

115 is pretty low goal for your height I would concentrate on eating healthy and the exercise to change the shape of your body and worry less about the scale.

haha ok! thanks a lot, am gonna look at it today after work:)

thank you! yeah thats the most important thing for me, to just start eating better and putting in the effort for exercising:)
