im a 16 year old girl recovering from anorexia but am nearly weight restored and my current bmi is around 18.6.
but i have quite jiggly thighs and bum and have just noticed i have cellulite under my bum and on my thighs!
now, before you get the wrong impression, im NOT wanting to lose weight. simply improve the appearance of my jiggly bum and thighs as theyre making me extremley unhappy!
what exersices are good for toning these areas, and how long before i start to see a difference?

I would make sure that you have clearance from your doctor and therapist/counselor before you start weight training, but lifting weights would be the most effective way to train your lower body, squats, romanian deadlifts, etc. A full body program is best because you want to have balance, so a book like NROL or Starting Strength would be a good place to start.
i have no acsess to any equipment :S is there no way to do it without any equipment? e.g stretches or specific exersices?
You can do squats and pushups w/o any equipment, but if you want to add muscle, you will need to challenge your body. You can fill a backpack with books to use as weights. Be creative.
brazillian butt lift from beach body concentrates on those areas only without adding bulk to the thighs. if you stay away from the cardio and just do the tone and sculpt work out you should get the effects but remember it's still a "work out" and to adjust your eating accordingly.
