When do you take off/ turn off your HRM?

Do you turn off/take it off when you're finished exercising? Do you leave it on until your HR gets back to resting? Or some other time? Do share!

I turn it off after my foam rolling and stretching.

I wondered the same thing!! I turn it off after my cool down.. when my HR gets below my burn range :)

I tend to keep it on so I can keep tabs on how fast my HR falls back to normal. Its fun to see it fall faster as I get more fit.

I usually end my session after my cool down.  That stops the clock and calorie count.

But I often leave it on just watching my heart rate drop for a bit longer.  It's nice to see how quickly it goes to normal.

Not All Processed Foods Are Created Equal
Fact: a diet containing whole, fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best for a healthy mind and body. Although true, it can be hard to keep food fresh at home for longer periods of time, and if you have no time to shop every few days, boxed and canned foods become appealing. We often hear about heavily processed frozen dinners and processed foods worth avoiding, but there are minimally processed foods that do pack a lot of nutrition and may be worth having in the fridge or cupboard.
