I wore a sports bra, so there's no problem with the boob bounce.. but my excess belly bounces when I run... and sometimes my butt.. and they hurt after a while.. Does the pain go away (it might, when I lose my belly, lol) ? Am I the only one who experiences this?
You can buy compression exercise tops and bottoms that will fit really tightly and also wick the sweat away from your skin. I know someone who uses them and they say it helps a lot with unwanted movement.
If your too modest of self conscious to wear super tight compression gear in public, you can wear looser gym clothes over them.
Yep: chunky bits hurt when you run. However, it will go away as you become more fit. That's just another reason why when you see runners, you don't see much/any body fat on them. It slows you down. Your body will realize that fat makes running uncomfy, and it will slowly but surely break down the fat.
And yes, compression shirts/shorts help!
Nike dri fit long line sports bras they cover the belly and compress a bit there too and stop bouncing of boobs and belly
Thanks guys! I guess its compression clothes for me if I want to continue this. Im not overweight but I have so much bounce. ehk. gonna try looking for running attire this weekend! Hope I find one that doesnt attract much attention lol.
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
