I'm currently calculating my calorie intake using the Losertown calculator.
However, I'm not sure which activity level I should be putting myself at. I work at a desk job, so I'm sitting in front of the computer most of the day. However, I go to the gym 3 times a week for 45 minutes.
I've chosen the option: Light Exercise (1-3 times/week).
Have I classified myself in the correct activity level?
