I have recently begun trying out 2 new workout routines, using weights, which is new for me. They are strenuous but not painful, challenging but not overkill. I have noticed though that my shoulder joints tend to pop more now, (both while exercising and not). It does not hurt, other than regular muscle sore-ness, no sharp or shooting pains or anything. Is this OK, or should I be worried?
Yup, see a doctor. Not hurting doesn't guarantee that nothing is wrong with it.
i have to use my arms a lot at work and my shoulders started popping. at first it was every once in a while, but it's progressed to where they're constantly grinding and they've started to hurt. :/ i would go to a doctor to make sure you're not injured.
