So I have friends that have said they will shred with me, but none have shown up the past couple of days. I am looking to have someone start with me either this evening or tomorrow evening and go the full 30 days. I am hoping that there is someone (or a few people) that is looking at doing this program. I just think it's easier to push through the pain knowing that there is someone else barely moving the next day with you

I'm in! I really need to start doing some DAILY physical exercise and not whenever I feel like it like I have been the past 5 months or so now.. (REALLY stalled my weightloss.. but somehow I've been able to maintain)
Will start Level 1 Day 1 today! Might miss a day or two.. (sat's prob for sure) but we'll finish on or around my birthday first week of Feb.
Perfect. We can change levels according to our own individual progress, but I am hoping to have 30 days completed by Feb 4th or earlier - which allows one day per week break if need be.
I will start Level one Day one tonight as well. Will PM tomorrow with my inital measurements (although I don't expect you to reciprocate if not wanting to). I just think it will be nice (hopefully) after 30 days to look at my progress.
I started this sunday, so I'm on my third day. I would love to do it with you :)

I'm in. I've been doing it off and on for some time, but started doing it nearly everyday for the last couple weeks (other than a brief new years vacation).
I've taken on a knee injury due to too much running, so I probably won't be an everyday attendee, but my hope is to level up and then back down from Monday to Friday (taking the weekends off). So it'll be like level 1-2-3-2-1 during the week.
I just joined Calorie count today, and this sounds great, can you tell me more about it or where I find the program.

I have been doing the 30 day shred for about 6 weeks now..around 4 times a week. Without doing any type of specific diet, just not indulging I have lost 7 inches in my waist, 2 in my biceps, 3 in my hips and 3 in my chest. It is a great work out and I will continue to do it and really try to make it a point to up it to 6 times a week! I would be happy to update along with everyone and give advice if I can at all!
Just did it.. I'm so sore from the other days, but I want to be shredded, so I just keep going
My HRM said 206 kcal burned today. Yesterday it was 230 :o
