30 day shred, but which diet plan?

I bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd. I am currently on section 3 of 3. Not until now have I heard her mention any diet plan. Obviously I know you need to eat healthily to get results, Does anyone know which diet plan she means? I cannot find anywhere which diet plan this refers to. Or shed any light onto if it gets results just eating healthily. I currently ear low GI/healthily anyway just wondering if it was for complete beginers, any help would be greatfully recieved.

I'm just basing this off of reviews I have read... but I think you are just supposed to eat a balanced diet of 1200-1500 calories to create the deficit to get results.  Hope that's helpful.

I think she means her "Master your Metabolism cookbook" I'm on day 13 of the 30 day shred and I am eating 1300 calories a day. So far I have lost 4 pounds.

I have been using the Jillian michaels Rapid Weight Loss System Introductory Starter Pack. 

I have tried losing weight for 2 years and not been able to have any real results but with this I have lost 2 lbs in a week.  I have increased energy and actually feel like working out.  I also have decreased appetite,so no munchies. 

But I hate how it says on the box free 7 day memebership for the Jillian Michaels online weight control and fitness program - but you have to put in your credit card....... uuuuggghh. 

I am trying not to use my credit card at all - u know New years Resolution and I am doing great.  But I would still like my free 7 days (I feel cheated).

Ive only just recently found her and seeing as the box didnt have any mention of a diet to follow i didnt think you needed one, other than healthy eating obviously. not knowing much about her didnt know which way to go with the dvd to get better results. Im following it, she says you should start to be getting a 6pack.. i laughed a bit, i think im getting a bit more toned but not sure about SHREDDED, i saw the adding your credit card details. i darent do that just in case. knowing me id get signed up and end up getting charged and at the moment i cant afford that to happen.

gonna look into getting a book. cant hurt. thanks for all the replies. bit lost hahah
