Not sure where to put this but what do you think about the neckline slimmer?

I was watching a show this morning and about fell out of my chair with laughter over the informercial neck thing. It looked like a small ab machine for your neck. It showed its commercial users doing "chin sit ups" with it. It's premise is that a physiologist created it to help remove jowels, double chins, etc... without plastic sugery "for only two minutes a day."

It's fairly new informercial, but my mind drifted back to the 80's and all those extra things people bought which eventually ended up at Goodwill, mainly for its non-use.  I went online to read its reviews because I am a weirdo and never buy anything off the television usually because they are scams in some form (shoddy product, expensive shipping, multiple credit card entries by the company, etc)... I know my dad has pawned some of his stuff off on my oldest - like the ab cruncher.

So, anyways, google it - it will show the informercial (which is hillarious). Some people were complaining that they spent all this time in the gym and although they were skinny, their genetics did not allow them to get rid of the double chin. But the ladies on the commercial were older and they also had sagging skin.  I just don't see how it would work for that as well since it's target was the muscle and believe me I have seen tone with some lose skin (I am an example)...

lol...not even possible....WTF....still selling gimmicks out there huh?

How do we know it'll just tone your neckline instead of bulking it up?

No way,

Um...yeah...I'll put it right up there with the Ab Belt and sauna suits.

I looked up the informercial on YouTube...."developed by renowned psyiologist..."

And Airborne was developed by a teacher!

Undecided

haha!  All the mentions of a neckline slimmer and the internet was on to us!  An advertisement for the contraption appeared at the bottom of the screen when I read this post!  Hilarious!

 Laughing hahahaha

Oh lord! Too funny! That sounds like an informercial I'd like to see, just for the entertainment purposes. Chin sit ups?? LOL

Although I have to admit...I bought a 'ShamWow' - nothing to do with fitness but was made aware of it through infomercial...and it WORKS!

Oh, I had to dig to find this one - it's an infomercial from a years ago for the "Rejuvenique".  Anybody remember this?  It's a mask that pumps a tiny electrical current through your face, "tightening up your facial muscles".  Tell me that thing isn't creepy looking.

So what you are saying is... I shouldn't be wearing that while I'm at work. Holy hockey mask murderer, batman.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
