15. am or pm workouts? 12 or later

1. do you have a mile/minute/calorie target for your workouts? I aim for at least 60 minutes in the morning, sometimes it's more, sometimes less.  If I'm on the treadmill, I'll use miles as motivation, as in "just another quarter mile".  The calories displayed on the treadmill are meaningless other than a general indicator of total effort, it's way overinflated.

2. what % of your workout is devoted to cardio? strength? I do weightlifting 3 days a week.  The other two (week)days are cardio, usually treadmill at the highest incline.  Weekends, I like getting outside and Doing Stuff:  hiking, gardening and if I weren't driven by monetary needs I would only keep the weightlifting and substitute Doing Stuff for cardio.

4. how do you motivate yourself on the "i dont wanna" days? If it's really a true I don't wanna, I don't do it.  Usually that means I need a break.

15. am or pm workouts? I'm in the garage/gym first thing in the morning on work days.  I like to take a walk at lunch if the weather permits.  Weekends, it's whenever I get to the Doing of the aforementioned Stuff.

1. do you have a mile/minute/calorie target for your workouts? Depends on what I'm doing. When I run, my minimum is 5k, but I always aim for at least 10. When I circuit train and/or lift, I aim for 60 minutes.

2. what % of your workout is devoted to cardio? strength?

I couldn't say. It just depends on what I want to do that day.

The only thing I really keep good track of is my running. Minus running, I aim for 180-360 minutes a week, I guess.

13. best  benefit that you get from exercise?

Uh...energy, fat loss, the satisfaction of not sitting on my ass when I could be doing something productive...

14. how do you motivate yourself on the "i dont wanna" days?

I don't think about it. I just do it.

15. am or pm workouts?

Usually PM. I'd like to be an AM-er, though. Or be more faithful to two-a-days.
