Tips on losing weight on thighs, hips, bum and inside knees!

You cant spot reduce, you have to lose fall overall.

True, but you can build muscle. Building muscle can change your overall bodyshape over time.

Not in a deficit you wont.
Besides her question had nothing to do with shape, it was about losing fat off specific parts of the body :)

Although the previous people are right you cant do spot weightloss, cycling will help with those areas. I lost a lot of weight in these areas - I cycle 40 minutes a day, five days a week and have gone from a UK 18/20 to a UK 10/12 jeans in a year. I also do body pump twice a week which has helped shape my upper body and arms.
Although when I started cycling I was incredibly unfit and it took me a lot longer to cycle to work 45 minutes each way, so I was doing 90 mins x 5days a week. Now Im much fitter and have a new bike hence the improved time. It is around a 13 km round trip depending on the route.
Although you can't spot reduce, you can lose inches and get stronger thighs, legs, bum, etc by lifting heavy weights and doing squats, lunges, deadlifts, etc.
