Quote  |  Reply
I ordered Turbo Jam LIVE Cardio Party REMIX last night on Amazon...I have never done any Turbo Jam workouts before....will I be lost with the moves??? I noticed that one of the DVD's for sale was part of a package and it was called "11 elite moeves"...Will those be part of the DVD I bought?? Do you think I could learn them on my own???

It might take you a 2/3 times to get the hang of it, but you can do it!  If you have done any cardio kickboxing you'll be fine.  if not, I would recomend the 11 moves.  They do not come w/ the cardio remix, but the cardio remix is very fun!!  Just keep at it, and you'll be fine!

Thanks!!!!!  I'll be sure to shut the curtains tight so the neighbor's don't think I'm having some sort of spastic attack or something *wink*

THANKS AGAIN!

LOL!  Good thinking!!

Turbo Jam is a very effective cardio workout. Not only does it provide cardio...but also sculpting! My local gym provides it but it is called Turbo Kick....same thing....I have seen the infomercials (we don't have the hand weights though). My instructor says that it burns more calories that judo, but it also depends on whether you do high impact or the modified moves.

We just started a new round of music and I have gone 6 times...there are still parts where I mess up but it doesn't take long to get the hang of the moves. I have been doing Turbo for 5 months now and am now focusing on my eating habits to help. I do notice that I have...what's this...ABS! Granite they are not beautiful...but hey, it's a start! Good luck...keep at it....it is definitely worth it!!!
