I want to start running :-) Where do I start??
(I know there is tons of information on Google, but some things are unclear. I would appreciate your advice.)
..............
I have the gear. And I am ready to go... sort of!
I read somewhere that doing 20min brisk walks 3 times a week will help prepare my bones etc. for running in later weeks, so for the past 2 weeks I have walking a few kilometres a week.
Is there a beginners/introductory program you would recommend?
Any other related advice?
Thank you everyone! :-)

Look up C25K (couch 2 5 k), it's a pretty good program.
I second antibinge.
I started the Couch 2 5k programme 18 months ago when I couldn't run for a full minute, now the furthest I've run is 10 miles and I have my first 10k in 2 weeks
Thirded. Here's coolrunning's couch-to-5K. Good start with the walking. You can keep walking on your non-running days, but keep an eye out for any aches and pains that don't resolve themselves within a few days. Discomfort is good, pain is bad.
Try this it worked for me

The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
