What's your fav workout? ~Survey~
Personally, I just love Zumba, what's yours?
In order of easiest for me to complete:
- walking to town for errands, such as buying groceries or paying bills
- walking for exercise while listening to tunes or the radio
- spinning while watching/listening to TV
- strength-training while watching/listening to TV
- hitting the heavy bag while listening to tunes
- doing hanging abs while listening to tunes
In order of how great I feel AFTER I did the exercising:
- hanging abs
- strength-training
- heavy bag
- spinning
- walking for exercise
- walking for errands
running, swimming, or donating blood
#1 P90X Plyometrics, It is VERY challenging and I can't even complete the whole movie yet but I throughly enjoy it
#2 Pilates
#3 Doing the weight machines at the gym (mostly arms and abs)
Those are the three I enjoy, however for the sake of burning calories I do alot of stationary bike and elliptical and am tryining myself to jog/run on the treadmill as well.
Strength training.

From Favorite to Least favorite (but still liked)!:
1) Zumba (with a good instructor, otherwise, it goes to the bottom of the list)
2) Running (with friends)
3) Bike riding
4) Spinning
5) Running (with ipod)
6) Free Weights
7) Elliptical (arc machine)
Weight lifting and outdoor running.
From Favorite to Least favorite:
- Running

- Cycling (outdoors)
- Body Pump

- Circuit training
- Cardio (mix it up...varous intensities...bike, stairmaster, elliptical, treadmill)
I thought it was because you're 2x as strong!
Running (especially when it's hot out)
Elliptical (I do this every morning) I forget I'm working out because I'm distracted by The Nanny :)
Long walks (with great scenery)
Dancing around to music :)
- Tire flips! Makes me feel like a badass
- Strength Training (Free weight stuff)
- DDR (My favorite cardio, but the arcade at the mall closed...)
1. Running/Walking (toss up)
2. Yoga (don't burn a lot of calories but I LOVE it)
3. Tennis
4. Heavy Weight Training
5. Self Defense
Anything else you have to do some hard convincing before I'll join in...
