I recently received an email advertising the Women's Health Belly, Butt, and Thighs 15-min workout dvd. They have a couple more that look effective as well (e.g. Tone-Up Workout, Ultimate Abs, Slim-Calm-Sexy).
Has anyone tried these? Are they effective/worth $15?

Anything advertised from email would be questionable at best. I say don't waste your money - go to the FAQ at the top of this forum and find good programs from there that are recommended.
