I am 24 weigh about 75kg I have 38G size bra.... Real :).
I want to tone my stomach/thighs and butt but don't want to loose the puppies. Any suggestions???

You can't spot reduce.
Or spot 'save'.
Do whole body workouts including leg ab and chest . That way you will build muscle in your legs back abs and chest and the chest muscle will help your boobs be more perky and thus even if you lose a little in volume you will gain some perky
