yesterday -- 210 minutes of various garden work
Mowing Lawn - Walk, Power Mower 180 min.
I feel ashamed compared to you guys!
I only did 1 hour of ballet class today. I hadn't practiced ballet for 13 years, (I used to love it as a student), so I am practically at a beginner level. But I saw a quick progress already from the second class! I don't think I burnt many calories, but my mussles are sore, and I feel like I 've had a real exercise!
I also planned to do 30 min of jogging, but I thought it was raining, I was tired, blah blah... I am always creating excuses when it comes to jogging!
My workout theme for Wednesdays is "EXTREME WEDNESDAY"
Today I swam 1000 meters, 28 minutes of intervals on an elliptical, leg weights, and a group fitness boot camp class. Tonight I am going to a Step class.
Wednesdays kick my butt.

Today I loaded a pickup with cement pavers and then unloaded it. Not easy work!
Yesterday was RPM. The trainer kills himself so you can imagine what happens to lowly us! 60 mins of awesomeness and 10 mins of rowing! :D

I woke up at 4:30 in the morning and went to school. Isn't that considered a workout? LOL ;)
I haven't started today yet
but yesterday was 1 hour of hatha yoga and my first 8km bike ride to the garden.
It was exhausting but I made it.

Was enough to wake me up this morning and felt charged up roaring to go all day.
but what's really awesome is that i did that, four loads of laundry, got most of my housework done, have walked the dog twice of three times (and yes, she ran with me, too), and did the grocery shopping for the next two weeks (except for produce, of course; only covered one week of the fresh stuff).
and now the beer is chilling for the canucks' first playoff game :)

I discovered some new equipment at my gym today so I did some strength training and about 30 minutes on the treadmill.
I think I worked out too much in the past few days and my body is hating me for that so I didn't do much today haha

I'm a school employee and this is the last day of spring break. Bracing myself for tomorrow.

Doesn't look like a lot, but by the end I was practically light headed!
- 10 minutes on Wibrate Plate
- 30 minutes Treadmill (very fast walk 20 min very fast run 10)
- 15 minutes Rowing Machine
- 5 minutes Bike
- 10 minutes Stepper
- 500 sit ups on the Exercise Ball
- Another 10 minutes on Treadmil (very fast walk 6 minutes very fast run 4 mins)
- Again Wibrate Plate for 10 mins
