15 minutes on stationary bike.

1.5 hours of walking.

27 minutes walking the dog.

Calisthenic training (Tabata) 60mins 1060cals

I've been rock climbing all afternoon. Bruised my knees, skinned my hands. Happy.

Sunday- 43 min run

Today

40mins elliptical

20mins core work, weight machine, dumbbell exercises

 

Exercise bike - 50 minutes

Jog/walk - 40 minutes

For me, this was a lot!

45 minute vigorous walk on a park hiking trail. 30 minute meandering walk along the beach.
71 minute walk
54 minute walk on walking trail.
45 EZ TURBO FIRE! No clue why they labeled it EZ???? It's a great workout though not complaining really:)))))
63 minute walk/hike at Breakheart Reservation near Wakefield. Lovely scenery.

This morning I walk/ran 2 miles. This afternoon I did P90x's Kenpo X. I don't know how many cals I burned, but I feel mentally refreshed.
61-minute walk about the historic and expensive homes part of the city.

Yesterday

  • 46min run
  • Lots of drunk dancing around at night :)

Today

  • 45min run/jog

35 minute walk/jog.

28 minutes walking the dog.

27 minute walk

Drunk dancing or jogging with the dog would have done more for me.

Well, Monday is back to the salt mine after 10 days of orgiastic eating and not a whole lot of exercising.  {Booyah!  It felt good!}

25 minutes on exercise bike.

30 minute walk.

35mins Elliptical

20mins ab workout, dumbell exercises

Ah, back to the salt mines after 10 days off.
