Just curious about the foods/beverages that people are addicted to.
Mine is definetly salt. Well its a toss up between salt and alcohol.

Everything I love...
The not so good for me stuff...salt, chocolate, alcohol, anything from Mc D's and Taco Bell, ice cream, mozzarella, cake, brownies, ranch, hot dogs, crossaints, butter, potato chips, mayonnaise, coffee, sour cream, corned beef and eggs.
And the healthier addictions...granola bars, peaches, avocado, nuts and dried fruit.
And my all time biggest food addiction: Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies!!! When I was younger, I was known to eat about 20 cookies in a day when somebody would bake them.
Salt.... tabasco sauce....V8 juice.... red hot blues chips.... cold beer...! Bad! (but good...mmmm!)... of course coffee in the morning.
I have very low blood pressure which I wonder might help create the salt addiction? I may just be trying to rationalize it.... really have no idea.
Peanut butter, crackers, blueberries (I'll eat a whole pint >_>), cereal, and SALT.
Splenda, I sweeten everything with it. But I am also addicted to oatmeal (quackers maple and brown sugar) and fiber one bars (chewy oats and chocolate)....
I also have quite a bad addiction to poptarts.
Well 'addicted' is a very, VERY strong word here but:
Honestly, I could go without sugar or bread or cheese or salt. Only thing I can't live without is fish.
Fish of any kind- white fish, oily fish, fishy fish, baked fish, stewed fish (rare occassions) fried fish. Fish fish fish.
Can't get enough of it.
Chicken to a lesser degree, and eggs. But fish is DEFINITELY top choice for me.
Just plain bread with nothing else on it, but of course butter slathered thickly on top...I won't say no to it.
There's a bakery between my office and my home, so I must pass it every day. They make delicious loaves and nice soft pretzels that they will split and butter (as they do in Germany).
Getting past that place unscathed is a trial both morning and evening.
Oh my word, I am so addicted to Kind bars... particularly the almond and cashew plus ones. I'm eating one right now...and it's my 3rd today, and they go for like 2 bucks a piece!! I have got to settle for just one a day for now, good word...=[

BUTTERNUT SQUASH, KABOCHA SQUASH, NATURE'S PROMISE NO SODIUM PEANUTBUTTER, honey, ezekiel bread, CEREAL, apples and strawberries.
Hmm anything 'carb-y'. Bread, and cake style food. My nemesis.

Oh gosh, another I forgot to mention was butternut squash. There are days where I'll eat 4 whole cups of this stuff...which is practically 2 WHOLE butternut squashes!!! Ehh not good, I'm going to turn orange if I keep this up... : (((
Mine change every few months but right now:
paprika, KCl salt, cumin/curry powder, cayenne pepper....spicy spices
mustard (any kind)
various light/fit yogurts frozen and then slightly dethawed (!!!!!!!!!)
brocolli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage
Grapes (I have to stay away or allow myself a small serving), paprika, apples (any kind), and 100% organic fresh pressed juice... (expensive addiction.
Ugh, i'm like that with butternut squash too. I always eat the whole squash in one setting, because of this I only buy one butternut squash and one kabocha squash for the whole week. It kills me. D:
fruit/sugar, dried fruits! bananas, apples, mango! all those high hypoglycemic sugar-y fruits, i crave like crazy! i am addicted to it, but all in good measures ;) and Oh i think tea as well!
