Anyone else LOVE wow cow??

There's an ice cream stand across the street from my work and they sell wow cow, which is soft serve dessert with only 10 calories per ounce! Most of the flavors are really good, and totally satisfy my cravings for ice cream!

After work I got a cone, and it was loaded full of wow cow (about 8 oz!-baby size haha!) I'm full and so happy and it was only about  100 calories!

I used to eat this quite frequently - it's actually not available where I live now, but I would definitely suggest weighing out the serving size occassionally, just to see what the overrun is on your particular shop.  I probably gained 5 pounds eating it (but would eat it by the pint!).

I do miss the stuff!
