I just ate multigrain Cheerios and now...
And now I bloated my usual 5 inches, and I'm having horrible cramps and lots of gassy pains D:
I checked the ingredients there is no dairy or nuts or seeds that I'm allergic to and it's not expired. I only get these crmps when I consume bread or pasta (haven't tried rice cause I hate it). Usually I eat Cheerios and feel fine, however this is the first time in a while I had some (but I only had 1/4 cup cause I didn't get to finish my serving cause of my tummy :( ). I don't get it. My stomach is totally KILLING me.

How much did you eat? Sometimes if I eat a lot of cereal I get really bloated too, especially with bran flakes. For me, it's due to all the fiber, but I checked and multigrain cheerios have 3g per 3/4 cup. I guess it might add up. What else have you eaten today? Have you ever thought about having a gluten sensitivity? If bread and pasta do this too, that could be a possibility. Maybe try going gluten free for a while and see if that helps.

I usually am gluten free. I think I might I just don't want to believe it because I love carbs. Carbs as amazing. Haha. And I had a little less than 1/4 cup.
Also I eat wheat bran with soy milk and I feel fine. Is wheat bran gluten? (but I only have 3 TBSP).
