I can't say, for sure, the best brand.  What I do  know you need to look for is hight protein content.  For me, that means nothing less than 20 grams per.  Also look for low sugar, sodium, carbs cholestral, and all fats.  I have used several.  Right now I am using either Body Flex Am which has 20 gr of protein or one of the versions of Iso Flex, too.  Now I live in Toronto, Canada and probably don't have the same varities you do, if you're in the States.

So, I'll ask too, what products have all the necessary ingredients.   And, of course, TASTE GOOD!

thank

I've heard that's the best one as well, but I have yet to try any of the flavors. I currently use Six Star Muscle, both chocolate and vanilla flavors and I love them. I can grab them for $21 for 2 lbs and I like the way they taste in my shakes, but I might head to a GNC store and grab a pound or two of a few flavors of ONGS 100% Whey and see how I like those.

I like the whey protein from www.dpsnutrition.net. ; If you search around for "Cytosport", you can get chocolate/vanilla/banana 82% whey, it's about $65 for 10lbs.  Pretty good value, and higher protein content than most I've seen in GNC.

Allergy Remedies
Is It Possible to Go Natural?
The side effects of allergy medications keep some people from using them. Natural remedies can be a great alternative, but some are more effective than others.
