I personally prefer a chunk red sauce for spaghetti squash. I don't know, it makes it feel "heartier" to me. I like the texture of chunks of tomato with the soft squash. A little parmesan and it's perfect, to me! Yum! :d

I've never been a big fan of heavy spaghetti sauces, so I personally like to roast some red peppers and some diced tomatoes and mix it up...for a light little sauce! I also like to eat my spaghetti squash with just some stevia on top and warmed up over it. Tasty Wink

i like to buy those cans of diced tomatoes and then cook it in a skillet for a bit w some garlic and olive oil, its a light tomato sauce i like to put on spaghetti/spaghetti squash
