Okay so I found this stuff at my local supermarket while on a lunch break from work. 100 calories for 2 tablespoons?! That's amazing right? I know it's probly just cuz they extract the fat so it makes it less calories, and I'm not one for low fat things only cuz I know it's a common misconception that fat makes you fat and All Natural/ Organic Peanut Butter is good for you with all of it's healthy fats. But I eat so much of peanut butter that I figured when I needed something to dip carrots in or something I could substitute with this loverly better N Peanut Butter. I don't think it is better than regular PB, (cept the chocolate which is frikkin AMAZING, but not BETTER than PB just on a different scale :) ) I still eat peanut butter daily but this is just a way to not eat too much peanut butter. I go crazy over it..... Anyone else have a take on this stuff? Good for you? Bad for you? Taste?

I kinda wanna know how everyone else feels about it and whether they think it is a wise buy. I do say though that for me it is better than PB2 which I gave up on cuz I didn't care for the powder form :P but definitely not as good as organic PB. Opinions?

Hmm looks interesting. Did you say you tried it? How was it? Texture?

I'm just kind of stuck on the ingredients list...I wish it were simpler!

Regular natural peanut butter is good for you. Enjoy it.

I don't think it's bad taste-wise, but I don't eat it because it lacks the healthy fats in regular peanut butter and that's kind of a huge reason why I still eat peanut butter in the first place...

Better n' Peanut Butter just feels like a waste of calories if you aren't getting as much out of it.... it'd be better to just have a half serving of the regular stuff if it's the calories that bother you.

The problem is it's hard to stop at a half a serving of the regular stuff. Cuz its so flippin good! haha :)

And yes the ingredient list I always look at to see how much crap is in it. Like I said, I just use it for dipping carrots or something, NEVER as a replacement for the real stuff when I use that in my yogurt breakfast or something else. Plus, I feel bad that my mom has to buy so much peanut butter for me, so this way I don't go through the regular stuff so fast.

cheeseblock- Yeah I've tried the original (too sweet, you could tell there was like NO fat in it cuz it wasn't 'sticky' I guess?) and I've tried the chocolate which Idk why that one gets a B on here when the regular better n peanut butter gets a C... But the chocolate one tastes like a mocha to me and I love it! and there's always banana peanut butter and I wanna try that one too. But again, you can taste the no fat content and it's mostly carbs and that kind of bugs me too cuz that won't fill you up like the regular stuff with the healthy fats in it...

I tried it.  i really disliked it.  i threw it out,  now i buy natural peanut butter, i eat it every day,  i just try to eat other lower calorie meals,  so i can have my real peanut butter

Aw, no gooey-stick-the-roof-of-your-mouth effect? Pffft. That's the best part!! Haha, I think I would prefer normal peanut butter. :) I know what you mean about having to by a lot of peanut butter all the time...!!

oh man its ADDICTING. And you're sooooo right, the sticky feeling at the top of your mouth makes it all worth it :)
